As General Manager, Mr. Chen provides a vital presence in the field that is essential to our operation as a property management company. His contribution to the growth and development of Prestige has been invaluable. With his wealth of technical expertise, Mr. Chen gives specific focus to Prestige Management’s Capital Improvement portfolio at our various cooperatives.

As one of the general managers of Prestige Management, Mr. Chen monitors the work performed by Engineers, Architects and Contractors, incorporating his knowledge of construction, plumbing, and equipment repair to ensure that Prestige Management’s reputation for providing quality management services is one the company is able to stand by.

With his uncanny ability to work with varying personalities, Mr. Chen regularly liaises with Board members and supervising agencies to ensure that the development’s needs are being met. He also supervises the optimal operation of building systems, and maintenance of the physical structure.

Mr. Chen is a graduate of Bronx Community College and New York University (NYU). He is also a member of the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York and is Registered in Apartment Management.
