Horace Henry, Executive Vice President and licensed Real Estate Broker of Prestige Management Inc., has over 25 years experience in real estate, including property management, sales and construction. Mr. Henry ensures compliance with administrative, building and environmental codes with the city of New York. He also oversees the development and implementation of energy conservation programs and the development of in-house programs for the performance of our managers and maintenance staff. As the main liaison for Owners, Boards and Supervising agencies, Mr. Henry regularly reviews major capital improvements and communicates to them, the nature and extent of problems affecting the buildings.

Horace Henry is a licensed Real Estate Broker, member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, certified property manager and a graduate of North Carolina’s Shaw University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business and Accounting, with the honorable distinction of graduating “Cum-Laude’. In addition, he is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders and 1st Vice President of the Upper Manhattan Real Estate Board.
