Controller
As
Vice President of Finance, Ms. Herma Clunis directs the company’s accounting and
administrative operations. With an accounting staff of over fifteen
employees, Herma Clunis has devised various methods of maintaining an
efficient department. Her staff receives training on a monthly basis to
ensure that information entered is accurately reflected.
Ms. Clunis’ supervisory and
accounting experience includes overseeing and managing the preparation of
all financial statements. She is also responsible for the budget
portfolio of all the developments we currently manage. Auditors are
constantly amazed at her proficiency in maintaining her accounting
records.
Her strict monitoring of our
computerized accounting systems is also a testament to her ongoing
efforts to maintain accurate information for Owners, Boards and agencies
alike. In addition, she regularly attends monthly meetings to keep Owners
and Boards abreast of the financial viability of their developments.
Ms. Clunis is a Registered
Apartment Manager and a Certified Tax Credit Compliance Professional
(C3P).
